Property layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
